What is your first musical memory?
Well I guess my first musical memory would have to be playing a recorder (a flute-type instrument) in 9th grade and having a blast.
What was the first album you owned?
The first album I ever purchased on my own was Green Day’s Dookie and it is still one of my favorite all-time albums for sure.
Were you not a musician, what would your profession be?
I would probably still be working at Tru-Green Chemlawn, trust me I know my turf.
What song do you wish you had written, and why?
"Some Will Seek Forgiveness, Others Escape" by Underoath because I really understand and appreciate the lyrical value of that song.
What was the first concert you attended?
The first show I ever attended was Unwritten Law at The Milk Bar in Jacksonville, FL when I was 15 years old and it was the best punk rock show I’ve ever seen to date.
Who would be in your ultimate three-band, live performance lineup, dead or alive?
Tough question, maybe Danny Carey from Tool on drums, Geddy Lee on bass, and Eddie Van-Halen on guitar.
What instrument would you like to play, that you currently cannot?
I would really like to learn how to play the violin actually.
With whom would you like to collaborate?
Anyone with talent, patience, and musical dedication.........anyone.
Which one of your songs would you put in a time capsule?
I personally would put "The Grim Good-Bye" in a time capsule because I feel it is the most accurate depiction of my entire band's real talent.
What album can you not live without?
I definitely can not live without Peter Gabriel's So album, the melodies are amazing.
What was your first pop star romantic crush/fantasy?
I've never had one actually however I do think Wynona Ryder is pretty hot.
