My Father playing “Bessie’s Blues” on a severely out of tune piano.

George Michael - Faith

Were you not a musician, what would your profession be?
Music teacher…you know the saying …

What song do you wish you had written?
“Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen.

What was the first concert you attended?
Stone Temple Pilots, Beacon Theatre.

What three bands or artists, dead or alive, would be part of your ultimate one-night concert performance?
1. London Philharmonic
2. Albert Einstein
3. Jesus (I’m sure he played a drum or something)

What instrument would you like to play, that you currently cannot?
Harp

With whom would you like to collaborate?
A cigarette manufacturer…I wanna create a Black and White brand cigarette.

Which one of your songs would you put in a time capsule?
“Raindrops From the Sun”

What one album can you not live without?
Stevie Wonder - Songs in the Key of Life

Who was (or is) your biggest influence as a musician?
My Dad.
